25c – Non-Business Energy Property Tax Credit
Extension of 2007 program
Tax credit has been increased to 30% of qualified windows and doors
Up to $1500.00
Requirements for program as follows:
Windows and doors must have U-Value and a Solar Heat Gain Coefficient (SHGC) equal to or less than 0.30 to qualify
The products must be used to improve an existing home
Home must be the taxpayers primary residence
Windows and doors must be installed and available for use between January 1, 2009 and December 31, 2010
